MMRCC 2009 Spring Fly-In - A huge success!

The 21th annual MMRCC Spring Fly-In was held on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at the new Byram field.  The weather was perfect and we had a record attendance of 64 pilots, as well as, a great number of spectators. This was the largest event ever held by MMRCC.  A good cross section of warbirds, giant scale, 3D, jets and sport aircraft were represented.

As usual, Hank Cooper did an outstanding job as CD and Bobby Bassett and Phil Lieb manned the "cook tent" providing everyone with their famous "fly-in" hamburgers.

Many other members also pitched in to run the impound area and raffle booth.
